Though obtained in Act One, this pin fits into a hidden slot in a desk within Elerrathin's Home in Act Three Baldur's Gate 3 Wiki

After speaking with Tate he says he's giving Jaheira her harper pin but it doesn't show up in my inventory, any ideas how to fix this?
